AIP Accreditation
Ellice Training Ltd., is accredited and certified by the Association for Integrative Psychology, AIP. A not for profit organisation, the AIP is entirely independent meaning they remain objective and rigorous in their maintenance of exacting standards.
The AIP require us to resubmit our course content and manuals at regular intervals for testing. As such you receive the highest quality, most current content of our courses.
Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy
Is there a difference between Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy? Not really no, Hypnotherapy is just the therapeutic usage of Hypnosis and Hypnotic suggestion.
The art and skill of Hypnosis or Hypnotherapy blends beautifully with NLP. Through NLP we are communicating directly with your unconscious. Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy is also about communicating with the unconscious, so the two work incredibly well together. The combination provides the state to bring about deep powerful change with the ability to include strong metaphorical experiences and post hypnotic suggestions.
Hypnosis can be hugely beneficial when we are stressed, anxious or agitated or would benefit from post session unconscious support to reinforce change. This can be particularly helpful in the breaking of habits and patterns like quitting smoking, weight control and issues with self worth, personal time management, and repetitive behaviours or obsessions.
This a very engaging two day course, especially designed as an add on to the Practitioner Training. The course will cover an overview and background of Hypnotherapy, an exploration into the “Prime Directive of the Unconscious Mind” an explanation of “What is Hypnotherapy?” and the theory and practice of trance induction. You will lean the techniques through demonstration and practice and will have the opportunity to plan, carry out and complete a full Hypnosis session that will cover taking a client history, planning a session, pre-talk, convincers, induction, deepeners, metaphor, post hypnotic suggestion and, of course, count out.
The course duration is two days and requires the delegate to be trained to NLP Practitioner level.
This diploma course is delivered only as an add-on to our NLP Practitioner certification.
